I am Jeevitha Pandith A, a Counseling Psychologist with over 12 years of experience in educational settings. With advanced training in psychology and a Diploma in Art Therapy, I specialize in psychological assessment, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), art therapy, and psychoeducational counseling. My passion lies in facilitating personal growth and well-being through an eclectic and evidence-based approach.

My professional journey includes conducting psychoeducational workshops on stress management, emotional intelligence, and resilience building, as well as facilitating support groups for individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, and trauma. I collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic care and implement behavioral interventions that enhance adaptive functioning and improve quality of life.

My involvement in community outreach programs promotes mental health awareness and destigmatizes mental illness. Additionally, my hobbies—drawing, illustration, writing, dance, and music—complement my professional skills by fostering creativity and emotional expression.

I am dedicated to making a positive impact in the mental health field, with a strong emphasis on psychoeducation and art therapy. I am eager to bring my expertise to new challenges and opportunities.
